Y&R Spoilers: Billy Abbott Back On The Prowl, Chelsea Exits

The Young and the Restless spoilers have been hinting a Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) reunion for a while now, but unfortunately that doesn’t appear to be in the cards right now.

According to Y&R spoilers, Chelsea will be leaving Genoa City for the unforeseeable future as Melissa Claire Egan takes her maternity leave.  Egan and her husband shared photos of their healthy newborn baby on social media last week.  It’s unclear how long she will be off the canvas, and there’s no sign of a temporary recast taking over.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers  – Billy Abbott Single Again

With Chelsea out of town for several weeks, Billy Abbott will be back on the prowl and have some free time on his hands.  Unfortunately for him, his former flame Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has moved on.  And, his baby-mama Victoria Newman is busy with her new boy toy Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

There aren’t a whole lot of single women running around Genoa City right now.  Billy did have that odd fling with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) a few years ago, but even she appears to already be back off the market and canoodling with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).

Y&R Spoilers  – Audra Catches Billy Abbott’s Eye?

Could Billy and Summer’s mom Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) commiserate together in upcoming scenes?  A popular theory among The Young and the Restless fans is that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) grows bored with Kyle and moves on to his uncle.  That would certainly be awkward is Audra winds up pregnant with his niece or nephew.
