Y&R Spoilers: Baby Aria’s Hearing Issues Place A Wedge Between Teriah

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that something may not be right with Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle). New moms Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) recently noticed their little one wasn’t reacting much to loud sounds around her.

A bolt of lightning jolted the two ladies, but Aria remained peacefully sleeping until Mariah gently touched her chest.

Y&R spoilers seem to be hinting that Aria could have some hearing issues. Although Mariah and Tessa did point out that she passed all her hearing tests while in the hospital, this doesn’t mean that something couldn’t pop up.

While the ladies feel a tad paranoid that they are over-obsessed about Aria’s every move, this does seem to tease that the concerns Teriah is having are so much more than first-time mom jitters.

Will it turn out that Aria is deaf, or will she have light hearing issues? Only time will tell.

Children can place a tremendous amount of strain on a couple in general; however, little ones with differing needs and abilities can be a challenging obstacle for parents to get through.

There are the doctor’s appointments, the countless tests, and the countless hoops to jump through when figuring out the best treatment.

There may even be arguments debates on what the best course of treatment action to take; opposing views; not to mention sleepless nights of worry, which will also affect their moods toward each other.

If this storyline is taking the direction it seems to be taking, it’ll be a solid arc that not only spotlights and raises awareness around hearing issues in babies, but also another hurdle for Teriah to overcome in the next chapter for this GC super couple.
