Y&R Spoilers: Ashley’s Ulterior Motive, Invite Tucker To Move In And Drive Jack Abbott Out?

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and rumors tease Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) may have an ulterior motive that has nothing to do with feelings for Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Ashley has a problem with Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) relationship and in her opinion, deception by Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and they’ve been arguing-Jack feels the same way about Tucker!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott Threatened To Evict

Jack and Ashley’s argument has become so fierce that Jack threatened to evict Ashley from the Abbott mansion. Even though Diane now “lives in” a jail cell and no longer in the mansion, Ashley doesn’t want her to come back. Jack is practically devoting his life to proving her innocence and to bringing her back to be his wife.

Ashley knows that Jack has nearly the same opinion about Tucker and her relationship to him as Ashley does about him and Diane.

Ashley invited Tucker to move in with her while she’s still in the mansion and even sealed with a kiss-but is this just a fighting fire with fire kind of thing?

Y & R Spoilers – She Knows How Jack Feels About Tucker McCall

When Jack finds out Tucker’s moving in and Ashley invited him, he pretty much has a fit, telling his sister she knows how he feels about Tucker! Ashley claps back she knows exactly how he feels about Tucker because she feels the same way about Diane, and the two of them continue to argue.

Of course, they do their arguing when Jack is not around, because Tucker thinks Ashley really wants him back, and she makes it seem real to both him and Jack. What Ashley hopes is that she will wear Jack down to the point where he’ll be glad to move out since he’s pushing her to do so.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Mountain Goat Standoff

Jack and Ashley are equally stubborn and their arguments about each others’ relationships amount to a mountain goat standoff. They continue to lock horns indefinitely, since neither one is going to give into the other, and basically they’ll continue to wear down each other’s resistance.

It might be sheer fatigue that leads one to give up or give in, because there’s going to be a winner, or there’s going to be a loser.

If anyone compromises it’s likely to be Jack, but as far as Ashley is concerned, about Diane there can be no compromise. But Jack won’t compromise about Tucker living in his house either, because he just doesn’t trust him-any more than Ashley trusts Diane.
