The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is keeping Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) close. But will asking him to move into her room at the Abbott mansion lead to her accepting his business proposition?

Tucker told Ashley months ago that she should start her own business and that he would help her. More recently, he has proposed she forgets about her brother and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) by starting a business with him.

Selling McCall Unlimited to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) happened because Tucker wanted to please Ashley. But the proposal to go into business with Ashley would mean Tucker’s retirement ends or was never intended.

Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) is not sure if Tucker is sincere. He thinks Tucker needs action and can not keep his hands out of the business world.

Abby Newman Abbott (Melissa Ordway) does not trust Devon’s father. She was flabbergasted when learning about her mother’s engagement to Tucker. But Ashley told Tucker it was faked to get Diane’s goat.

Devon is unsure if Tucker is using Ashley to accomplish some sneaky business deal. Asking Ashley to leave Jabot and go into business with him will make Tucker look bad, no matter his intentions.

Y&R Spoilers – Abby Newman Abbot’s Mixed Messages Received

Abby has talked up Tucker to Devon regarding Dominic Newman Abbott Winters Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware). She feels Tucker cares about his grandson and is sincere about wanting a relationship with Devon.

The main concern Ordway’s character has about Tucker involves her fear of him hurting her mother. That feeling is legitimate because of the way Ashley’s marriage to Tucker ended.

Regardless of what Abby or Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) thinks, Ashley loves Tucker. That is what irks her daughter and brother about him the most.

Tucker’s power of persuasion is so strong that he was able to be gone from Genoa City, Wisconsin, for many years, following his mother’s (Katherine Chancellor, played by Jeanne Cooper) death, and now to have recaptured Ashley’s heart. But did he ever leave it?

Ashley should be cautious where business interests are concerned. Mixing that with the love she and Tucker share could become a problem with the evolving nature of their seeming reconciliation on Y&R.
