The Young and The Restless spoilers reveal that Diane will get her promotion and flaunt it. Diane is done worrying about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

Diane wants no part of Ashley’s feud with Jack Abbott. Diane plans to help Jack keep ahold of Jabot and be by his side. Diane wants to rub this in everyone’s face, especially Phyllis.

Jack has more of a chance to stay at the helm of Jabot with Diane by his side. Jack has given Diane the promotion that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Abbott (Allison Lanier) wouldn’t. Is Diane doing this for Jack or is Diane doing exactly what Phyllis accused her of and working an angle by moving up in the ranks?

Y&R Spoilers – Ashley Abbott Is Likely To Counter

Ashley wants Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) by her side to get to Jack if nothing else. Ashley doesn’t trust Diane at all and believes she is using Jack as a means to an end.

Diane has been working with Jack for months and Ashley believes things are getting out of hand. Ashley truly believes that Diane working at Jabot is bringing the company down.

Ashley could certainly counter by giving Tucker an executive position as well. Of course, that might take some doing considering Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) wants Tucker out of Ashley’s life as well.

The Abbotts aren’t going to want Tucker anywhere near Jabot. Will Ashley try to over Tucker a job or will she leave Jabot and go into business with him?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – What Is Ashley Abbott’s Next Move

Ashley could certainly try to sabotage Diane at work. Ashley needs to find some way to get rid of her and nothing else has worked.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) even joined in to help get rid of Diane once and that is what brought Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) into the picture. That attempt didn’t work out very well at all.

Can Ashley continue to work at Jabot with a constant argument waiting around the corner at every move? Diane and Ashley will never get along.

The Abbotts will likely never accept Tucker no matter how much he tries to prove his worth. Could this be the end of Jabot as the Abbott family knows it?
