The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Adam’s attempt to get Newman Media failed.

The user Soapsfan1995 posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “Looks like Adam’s latest plan to get Newman Media failed.

Did he not think that Audra was going to run to Victor about Adam’s blackmail attempt?”

Audra is already ten steps ahead of Adam, as she always is. She made alliances with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), which is how she got him on her side.

Audra has always sweetened up to Victor’s wife Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Y&R fans had a feeling that Adam’s plan was going to backfire on him.

“It was always going to fail. That is a given with the writing for anything involving Adam for the past few years.

Still, don’t understand why Adam wouldn’t just reveal the information anyway, especially now that it will impact him negatively with Victor,” one fan wrote.

“For just a little bit, I saw a glimpse of the old Adam and I was hopeful… now with Audra’s latest move, it really isn’t looking too good for Adam…

Once again, someone got the better of him which is something I am tired of seeing,” another wrote.

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest what’s Adam’s next move. Some fans admitted that his plan was goofy and meant to fail from the beginning.

He should’ve threatened Audra and told her that he was going to run Newman Media through her.

This could’ve worked more than thinking Audra would convince Victor to merge both companies.

One Y&R fan noted that Adam has a great poker face. However, he was bad at hiding his cards when it came to his plan.

Some fans agreed that it was a lazy attempt for Adam to take over Newman Media. Adam wants to have his father’s approval, but he keeps floundering.
