Y&R Spoilers: Adam Teams With Jack For Tucker Takedown

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) went running to his siblings.

That happened after he learned what job their father created for him at the family shop. Mom and Pop shops are still relevant. Many husbands and wives create businesses that they hope to leave to their children.

In this instance, Newman Enterprises is the shop Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) created decades ago. While Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) was not part of the day-to-day running of the business in daytime days gone by, she is now. But she, like the children she had through Victor, agrees with them about Adam’s return to the fold.

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) told Victor that he had an assistant whose name was Greg and that his work was excellent. The Moustache let Nate know that he had another job for Greg and that Adam was his new assistant.

Dominic’s character was as thrilled as Adam to learn of the latest second-chance plan Victor is offering to his prodigal son. Neither of Victor’s employees, which is how he treats everyone regardless of family stature, like this idea.

But Nate is stuck with Adam for now. Plus, he agreed to keep his eyes on Adam, as Victor recently asked. The details of that favor are now revealed.

Y&R Spoilers – Jack Abbott Obtains Good News

The news is good for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) but not necessarily for Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Adam goes along with his alternate father figure’s request, supplying Jack with an email that gives him a major weapon to wield against Tucker.

The bargain Jack offered Adam was intriguing. He told Grossman’s character that a way to prove his current redemption efforts were sincere, was to give him the intel on Tucker with no strings attached.

Adam’s agreement happened, with one caveat. He did ask Jack to be ready to help him someday if asked. Viewers readied for that inevitable day, knowing that Adam will need something in a connected or future plot.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Pulls Himself Up

Adam told Victor he was willing to start at the bottom of the company and work his way up. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) reminded his younger brother of that ask, telling him that he opened the door for their father to walk right in with a hammer that he dropped.

But Victor knows Adam will report on Nate’s connection to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), which will serve to keep that couple off balance, as the self-restored Chief Executive Officer wants on Y&R.
