Y&R Spoilers: Adam Newman Proves Sally Made The Right Choice

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) gave two men she cares about, to varying degrees, different answers. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was told no and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was told yes.

Adam wanted Sally to work for him at SNA Media, which is an intended combination of McCall Industries and Kirsten Incorporated. Adam intended to reestablish the synergy he and Sally had at Newman Media.

Nick has an open offer for Sally to start her own business. He believed in her potential and wanted to fund whatever her goals.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) rejected Adam’s initial pitch to merge SNA into Newman Media. But with time and reflection, the Moustache changed his mind.

It appears Victor will agree to the merger but not allow Adam to run the revised division of Newman Enterprises. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be that pick. She intends to not allow various people, including Adam, to push her around.

According to Y&R spoilers, Nikki is currently on board with her husband’s plans. Victor has full faith in Nikki and none in Adam because of his youngest son’s inability to get along with people.

Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Stuck In The Past

Adam changes the subject to his father when Victor tries to offer him advice. Hardcore fans know that Adam’s comparative point, about being ruthless like his dad, is correct, but the fans also recognize that he is missing the point.

Victor has given Adam repeated second chances that go beyond blood ties. In the recent past, it was revealed that Adam was responsible for the death of AJ Montalvo (Marcus DeAnda) in Kansas.

The repressed event happened while Adam was a child, with the action happening in defense of his mother, Hope Wilson (Signy Coleman).

Victor protected Adam during that period, which was shown in memorable flashbacks that included other actors portraying younger versions of Adam (Dane West) and Hope (Maggie Gwin) in episodes that were seen in 2020.

Those meaningful shows added a rich texture to the Victor-Adam dynamic that was not previously offered to the audience.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Intends To Minimize Drama

Sally knows this is Genoa City, Wisconsin, and that she is involved with the Newman family. So, it is understood that some level of drama will persist.

However, Sally knows Adam is deep inside his head. So, there is no room left for the potential of a relationship with her.

Adam disagrees with her assessment and holds out hope that whatever she has with his older brother will eventually dissipate.

Meanwhile, he is again battling with Victor and will do so physically, with Nick, all of which proves Sally’s instincts right on Y&R.
