Y&R Spoilers: Adam Newman Confronts Sally Spectra About Her Pregnancy Causes Her to Lose Baby?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) trying to eavesdrop on a conversation between former love Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and NIcholas “Nick” Newman. He knows that there is something going on with Sally and while he hopes that she will change her mind and come running back to him, I am not so sure she wants that to happen.

At a minimum when it comes to both Newman brothers, Sally has realized that Nicholas “Nick” Newman (Joshua Morrow) is the more stable and supportive of the two and as much as she once loved Adam, this is no longer the case; the betrayal of his heartbreak was enough to keep Sally from reconciling. She has also learned that Adam is more of a waffler when it comes to his loyalty, he is willing to give into his father’s demands so he isn’t ostracized and always hoping that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will finally accept him as the better son.

She doesn’t want to deal with the fact that she is pregnant and if this baby is Adam’s and not NIck’s the thought of that alone makes her morning sickness turn into all day sickness. The thing is now that Adam is suspicious of Sally and why her and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) were talking about him and after witnessing a hushed conversation between his brother and former flame it wouldn’t surprise me if he is overly suspicious that she is hiding something from him.

Y&R Spoilers reveal once Adam has his mind set on something he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. We know that even if he doesn’t find out that soon at some point she will begin to show and there will be no hiding it from him. He will of course think and want the child to be his because it would be his way back into making Sally his again. I am sure she will confirm the possibility that it is his child but that doesn’t mean a single thing for them. She would suggest that they can be co-parents and nothing more and that her and Nick are still together and trying to figure things out together.

If Adam has the thought in his head that this child is his he won’t care about the fact that Nick may actually be the father, he is manipulative enough to also make it seem like he is the father, just to dig at his brother. If Sally tries to tell him he will not be in her life the way he wants this could make him lose his cool.

We know that Victor is trying to sabotage his career at Jabot and with always having to be in Nick’s shadow this could send him into a tirade over Sally’s decision. Since we found out that she has one tiny complication with her blood pressure Adam would not know and if he decides to go off on her the stress alone could cause her to end up passing out or worse. Could the stress of the confrontation skyrocket her blood pressure so dangerously high that it causes her to lose the baby?

It could be a possibility, women who have been pregnant know the dangers that come with high blood pressure during pregnancy and with her being so early on in her pregnancy the damage could be too much for her child to survive. If this is what happens, Sally could be mixed with relief and devastation. Blaming and casting Adam aside this would be the one thing he does to her that would be unforgivable.
