Y&R Spoilers: Adam Considers Business Trap – Victor Pushes Family Angle

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is thrilled to be expecting a daughter with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) likes the idea of another Newman heir and, according to his youngest son, used that information as a form of manipulation.

Victor told Adam he was aware of the baby girl he and Sally are anticipating this summer. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was cited as the source of Victor’s information.

The Moustache’s recent offer to Nick, to help Adam run McCall Unlimited, ties into what Victor hopes to accomplish.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tucker McCall Did Not Get What He Wanted

Tucker wanted to sell his company to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). That music-based business was a common bond between these biologically connected men.

But Devon could not get past the trust issues Tucker recent inflamed. While it was not his intention, Tucker alienated Devon by pushing too hard after returning to Genoa City, Wisconsin.

Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) was behind Tucker’s efforts. He was forced to accept her version of help when she purchased his full debt load and has now been satisfied due to Victor’s online cash transfer.

Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Is Intrigued

Adam has gone back and forth with his dad regarding this generous offer. Victor originally intended to to have Newman Enterprises provide the funding to purchase McCall Unlimited.

But Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) balked at using company resources when Victor intended to have the obtained company be a stand-alone entity. Victor did not challenge his daughter’s wishes and used his own money to pay Tucker. That choice was somewhat surprising.

Grossman’s character praised his father in the recent past for sticking by him, admitting he knew him well. But Adam is fronting a resistance to now heading the acquired company, fearing it will set him up for unwanted trouble.

Leanna Love (Barbara Crampton) was part of the contingent of legacy characters who returned during Y&R’s fiftieth-anniversary celebration episodes. She one of Victor’s ex-wives, having married him in the late 1980s, and forever tagging him as Ruthless through her infamous expose book.

But Victor is also relentless. He told Tucker that he handles business deals coldly. With however Adam or others many thinks, Victor’s family business pursuits reflect the warm parts of his heart on Y&R.
