A nod to the recent past included the Genoa City Athletic Club serving as host of the event. It has been a handful of years since that setting was utilized. The Grand Phoenix hotel became the newest go-to inn in recent years.

Along with visuals, a collection of classic returns includes Veronica Redd (Mamie Johnson), Michael Damian (Danny Romalotti), Patty Weaver (Gina Roma), Tricia Cast (Nina Webster), and Barbara Crampton (Leanna Love) return for the golden anniversary of this iconic soap opera.

Y&R Spoilers – Sharon Rosales Has His Number

Sharon did romantically reconnect with Adam in recent years. That happened while she and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) were not together.

Adam was not with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) at that time in the plot. But any hopes fans had for a Shadam revival did not materialize.

Sharon will always care about Adam. But she did not agree to go to the gala with him to be more than a friendship date.

Sharon and Adam were one of this show’s most electric couples. But that happened many years ago. This public event offers them the opportunity to have fun, raise some eyebrows, and possibly serve as the start of a revival. But if not, they will have created one of many nice moments on Y&R.
