This might have to do with Sally’s time with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) on The Bold and the Beautiful. Sally faked having a deadly disease to steal Wyatt from Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).

At one point, Sally wanted to get pregnant with Wyatt’s baby to secure her fantasy family into a reality. Thankfully, the scheme didn’t go that far.
