Y&R Rumors: Jeremy Stark Murder – Diane Frames Jack – Can Phyllis Save Him

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that a murder mystery could be in the works on the CBS soap opera. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) devised a plan to eliminate Jeremy Stark (James Hyde). Part of the plan is to convince the felon that she wants to reunite and team up with him by committing various crimes.

Diane believes she’s fooling Jeremy. But the truth is, he doesn’t trust her, and he’s probably setting her up for failure. His goal could be to send her to prison as revenge for sending him to prison for six long years.

When Diane discovers that Jeremy doesn’t trust her and possibly never will, she scrambles to get control of the situation. Perhaps, Diane will lash out and murder Jeremy to eliminate him as a threat to her life in Genoa City. If she does that, she would likely frame Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for the killing, forcing Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to prove his innocence.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers– Diane’s Plan Goes Horribly Wrong

Diane and Jack carefully plan out her theft plot. They haven’t said what she plans to steal from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). It could be cash or a valuable item. All we know is she’s targeting Nikki for her role in bringing Jeremy to Genoa City.

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Diane’s plan will go horribly wrong, and she must act quickly to cover her tracks. When Jeremy discovers Diane couldn’t get her hands on Nikki’s valuables, he will have a few choice words for his former partner in crime.

After Diane’s plan fails, Jeremy will push her to target someone else. When Diane Refuses, he will threaten to expose a secret that she doesn’t want the Abbotts to know. Diane will have no other choice but to kill Jeremy to silence him.

In typical Diane fashion, Y&R spoilers say that Diane will blame Jack for the murder. When Phyllis learns of Diane’s deception, she will launch her own investigation to protect Jack from a life sentence in prison.
