Y&R News: Kyle Abbott’s Michael Mealor Gets Married!

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease more relationship drama for Kyle Abbott and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) as they try to keep their fighting moms at bay. However, on the flip side of things, there is good news for the character’s portrayer, actor Michael Mealor, who recently got married to the woman of his dreams.

Mealor married his beautiful bride this past Thursday, March 23rd. Over the weekend, his new wife, Sarah Mealor, took the opportunity to share photos of their big day. A photo posted was taken from Napa Valley’s Stanly Ranch Resort, in California.

The caption on the picture was simply stamped with “3.23.23”. The pic revealed the happy couple as Michael had his new bride (literally) swept off her feet and embraced in a kiss. Ms. Mealor also shared a photo of Michael in her Instagram stories, with “My husband” gracing the pic.

Michael commented on Sarah’s wedding post with the words, “you are my world!” Plus, actor Josh Swickard (General Hospital’s Chase Harrison) also wished the couple well by simply adding the words “Sarah Mealor!” to the post. Sounds like Michael’s new wife is nicely getting used to her new last name.

The couple announced their engagement in November 2022 when the new Ms. Mealor posted a number of photos on social media at that time with the words, “I love you, Michael, forever”. Mr. Mealor responded with, “I love you more than you know! You are my world, and everything begins now.” Sarah would comment back, “Can’t wait to be a Mealor!”

Sounds like these two lovebirds will enjoy a long life together! On behalf of everyone here, we wish the new husband and wife team many happy years ahead.
