The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of July 24, 2023 show that a beloved soap icon is seen this week as the action continues to roll hot and heavy in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
On Wednesday, July 26 Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) contacts her fellow business mogul Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Walton debuted in the role of thirsty social climber Jill in 1987. Since then Jill has been in some of the show’s most memorable storylines, romancing wealthy men, and competing with Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) among others.
Walton won two Daytime Emmys during the course of playing maneater Jill. When she makes contact with Victor it comes at a crucial time in The Mustache’s life.
Last week he wrested back control of his business affairs from his quarreling children. It was vintage Victor Newman, laying down the law and telling anyone who didn’t like his terms to LEAVE.
Disgruntled and perpetually scowling Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) promptly got up and walked out the door. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) stayed in the room and learned their fate.
After a period of reflection and rejection, Adam came to his senses and is now back in the sandbox, ready to play nice with his siblings. Or so he says.
Adam and Nick, together with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), will now merge their companies and see what happens next! It will be interesting to see how the dynamics work out since Sharon is the ex of both men, who definitely have issues galore with one another. Let the games begin!
