Y&R Coming And Going: A Bevy Of Stars Return For Fall Fun

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that a bevy of returns means a viewing bonanza for fans. One of the returning characters is Tricia Cast’s Nina Webster. Longtime fans will remember young Nina from back in the day, getting into dramaramas galore, sometimes with her bestie Christine “Cricket” Williams (Lauralee Bell).

Bell last week posted a photo of herself and Cast, breaking the news that the beloved actress will be back onscreen.

Cast debuted as Nina in 1986 and continued on the show until 2001. Since then she has appeared sporadically and her last appearance was in March.

Also reappearing is Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Fans saw her video conference with Bryton James’ Devon Winters and Christel Khalil’s Lily Winters last week as they tried to figure out who bought Victor Newman’s shares of their company.

Victor told them they would have to wait and find out, and they will be both shocked and awed when they discover who has returned to town for a bit of unfinished business!

That would be Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd), who wants to settle her score with Jill. Meow. Jill returns to Genoa City, Wisconsin on Thursday, October 5.

This week Hayley Erin debuts as Claire Grace. She was on Y&R previously in the role of Abby Newman, from 2008 to 2010, a role now inhabited by Melissa Ordway.

Erin will share scenes with Abby and we’ll have to wait and see if the writers get in a wink, wink, nudge, nudge moment!

Following her stint on Y&R, Erin played Kiki Jerome on ABC’s General Hospital from 2015 to 2018. Claire will be hired on at Newman Enterprises and promises to be a character to watch in the coming days and months
