The Young and the Restless fans are wondering when Heather Stevens (Jennifer Landon) started like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) again.

The two used to be bitter enemies, especially when Heather was married to Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

The Young and the Restless fans want to know when Heather sided with Phyllis. They have a troubled past. Yet, they came together to make sure that Phyllis stays out of prison.

The user Korea777 asked on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “I know Heather has a job, but when did she become a Phyllis fan?”

Heather’s job is to maintain Phyllis’s innocence. The two became friends in just a short amount of time.

They even turned on Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell). Some believe that Christine has a vendetta against Phyllis for what she’s done to her years ago.

Other Y&R fans took to the thread to share their thoughts. One user argued, “Heather is getting paid to defend Phyllis.

She is doing her job, whether she likes her or not. DAs make deals, but the way that Christine went about it is/was unethical.”

Y&R Spoilers – Heather Stevens Only Getting Paid

The Young and the Restless fans argued that Heather is only getting paid. She is simply doing her job. It has nothing to do with her personal relationship with Phyllis.

It doesn’t look like the two will become bosom buddies anytime soon.

“Why would Heather be rude to Phyllis? That doesn’t make sense. Heather doesn’t hate Phyllis, why should she?” another fan argued.

“She’s her attorney. Phyllis pays her to defend her in a court of law. That is not ‘being a fan’ that is doing your job, something that Christine isn’t getting,” another noted.

Phyllis reported to court on the Wednesday, August 9 episode of The Young and the Restless. She begged the judge for mercy. Tears streamed down her face as she apologized for her actions.

She is free. Meanwhile, her kids may still have to pay for her actions. Heather did a fine job of representing Phyllis and did what she had to do.

Phyllis will be eternally grateful to her now that she can be with her family again.
