Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest some shockers on the horizon for fans. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) recently approached Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) with an idea on how she could get involved in his video game project. While it’s clear Chelsea’s laser-focused on getting her life back on track and diving into work, could this all turn into something a little more?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Relationship Dynamics Are Shifting In Genoa City

Y&R spoilers suggest that Daniel and Lily could rekindle their romance at some point soon. With that said, they recently tried to move in for a kiss, but Winters nipped it in the bud. She laughed before the two could lock lips, the misty spell between them dissolved, and both agreed it was best to not go down that route.

That’s not to say that something won’t happen between these two in the future, just not anytime soon. They have too much of a history to simply dive into a romance and throw caution to the wind. Plus, both are still trying to get over recent split-ups. The last thing Lily and Daniel want is to be each other’s rebound.

Then, there’s Chelsea and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). While Bi-Li had issues beyond Lawson as a reason for their breakup, the fact remained that Billy-boy was far more worried about his friend’s feelings than Winters, near the end of their romance. With that “elephant in the room” scenario, it’s hard to see Chelsea and Billy turning their friendship into a romance right away. Plus, Lawson needs to focus on her mental health. Much like Daniel and Lily, there’s too much pressure on the two jumping into a relationship.

Unlike their respective friendships, there is no pressure with Chelsea and Daniel mixing some business with pleasure. They may begin to work together and find an instant connection. After all, Lawson and Romalotti have no history together in Genoa City. There’s a clean slate, with no expectations or past moments to deter them from forming a romantic bond.

With that said, if Chelsea and Daniel decide to go on a date, or dabble in a little bedroom activity, how will this make Billy and Lily feel? Will either Abbott or Winters admit to “more than friendship” feelings for either Lawson or Romalotti? Things could get sticky!
