As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the movie is produced by Sam Raimi of Evil Dead fame. Moreover, the movie is directed by Brian Netto and Adam Schindler.

A brief synopsis for Don’t Move tells us the movie tells the story of a woman (presumably Asbille) dealing with grief, who is attacked by a serial killer (presumably Wittrock). Meanwhile, the killer injects her with a paralyzing agent that leaves little time before her body totally shuts down. This means that the woman has to fight back in order to stay alive.

‘Absolute white-knuckle ride of a film’

Netto and Schindler released a statement about the new horror movie, writing:

We are beyond thrilled to make this absolute white-knuckle ride of a film with talents such as Kelsey and Finn.

Moreover, they added that they get to work with the teams at Raimi, Capstone and Hammerstone, companies operating at the top of the genre game. Moreover, the directors said they cannot be “more excited to get to work” on Don’t Move.

Raimi Productions, which is producing Don’t Move, has just had major success with Evil Dead Rise, the latest in the deadly horror franchise that was a major box office hit. Moreover, the horror movie will be a co-production with Christian Mercuri’s Capstone Studios and Alex Lebovici’s Hammerstone Studios. Meanwhile, the latter was behind the horror movie Barbarian that aired last year.

Lebovici also made a statement about the upcoming new horror movie and its two lead stars, saying:

The fiercely talented Kelsey and Finn have taken starring turns in some of the most beloved suspense-driven projects currently in the market, making the perfect pair to bring this visceral, pulse-racing story to life.

As mentioned earlier, Don’t Move starts filming in Europe in June and currently has no hint of a release date.
