Why Prince William And Kate Aren’t Ready For Peace Talks With Prince Harry And Meghan

Turns out Harry isn’t joking when he told the world earlier this year that he is looking forward to ironing things out with his family and ending the long-running feud.

But even now, is it too late? Come on, a memoir and veiled threats of a possible second more deadlier one is a bit too far, isn’t it? Would that classify as going too far for the Royal Family? William and Kate seems to agree.

Prince William and Princess Catherine Unlikely To Accept Harry’s Offer of A Truce

These days, there’s been news of peace talks floating around in connection to the Royal Family, especially between the Waleses and the Sussexes.

At the moment, no one can say for sure if any side has made any attempt to contact the other, though it is understood that the two rarely speak since Harry’s move to America.

However, even if Harry is brave enough to reach out to kickstart the peace talks, royal biographer Tom Bower doubts William and Kate would be willing to go along with it. I mean, who knows if it’s a trap to grab more royal content for Netflix?

“I think Harry’s offer will ultimately be rejected. I doubt William and Kate can forgive Harry,” he told OK!.

“I don’t think he can come back — he’s caused so much damage to the family and the concern now is that if he does return, he could well damage it even further. I think Meghan would’ve been horrified by Harry’s suggestion. She’s not close to William and Kate, and in my opinion, London was just a stepping stone for her. I would imagine the last thing she’d want to do is return to England to live in a small, poky flat in Kensington Palace.”

In Touch was the first outlet to break the news that Harry has reached out to his family, months after their very public fallout.

“Harry admitted he’d phoned William to call a truce and told his brother he and Meghan would be open to going back to London, where they would serve King Charles,” an insider speaking to the outlet said.
