Who Was The Best Y&R Couple Of 2023? Vote Now!

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that the land of Genoa City was a flurry of activity this year.

From couples hooking up to couples breaking up, newfound infatuations, falling in love, and heading to the alter, the romance that occurred on the soap over the last 12 months was incredible! But who won the Y&R’s “best couple” award for 2023?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Mr. & Mrs. Moustache

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) used to have a recipe for romance, which would look a little something like this: fall in love, get married, get into a misunderstanding, divorce, fall back in love, get remarried, get into a misunderstanding … lather, rinse, repeat!

Something has changed between Mr. and Mrs. Moustache as of late, and the two are stronger than ever. There’s still romance in their relationship, and they’ve learned to communicate better.

Despite not agreeing about the whole “mental deterioration” scheme Victor had, he and Nikki were still able to hold their marriage together and ultimately land on the same page.

Victor is as sweet to his Baby as ever, and the two continue to stand by each other through thick and thin; not to mention surviving Aunt Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) reign of terror at the lake house.

Y&R Spoilers – Honorable Mention

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) are nowhere near the Newmans when it comes to relationship longevity; however, these two have built a nice romance based on friendship, sparks, and new beginnings.

Both characters are a shadow of their former selves, in the best way possible. In a little town that saw some major super couples break up this year, looking at you, Skyle and Tuchley, they continue to navigate their relationship through healthy boundaries, support, and communication (with some chemistry mixed in there, too).

Meanwhile, Billy’s brother Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) also continues to go strong with Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters). The only slight problem with Jack and Diane is that many fans still don’t trust the new Ms. Abbott.

Will all doubt about her intentions wither away come 2024, or will some viewers be able to say, “I told you so” to friends? Only time will tell!
