What Happened To Lulu On General Hospital?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) pretty much grew up in Port Charles.

When Lulu was very young, her mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) went through a severe trauma that left her in a catatonic state for years.

Lulu was then raised by her father Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and his lover, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Lulu was terrified the same fate would befall her. But Laura eventually woke up, and she and Laura once again became close.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Falconeri found true love with Dante Falconeri

For a short time, Lulu was infatuated with Dylan Quartermaine (Scott Clifton). But Dylan wasn’t the love of Lulu’s life She met Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) over a game of pool.

He was working undercover in an effort to bring Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) to justice.

Sonny shot Dante just as they found out they were father and son. Lulu and Dante continue to see each other once he recovered and eventually married. Dante joined the police force and Lulu eventually became a reporter.

GH Spoilers – Lulu Falconeri Had Two Children

Lulu had two children, although she wasn’t able to carry them herself. Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) was fathered by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Lulu’s eggs had been stolen so she didn’t meet Charlotte until several years after Charlotte was born.

She also has a son named Rocco. Dante and Lulu were very happy for the longest time until Dante left town on an undercover assignment for the WSB. Dante was gone for months until he was finally rescued.

Dante had undergone a type of brainwashing and even when he came home, he realized he was still a danger to his family. Dante then left town and went to a WSB facility in Geneva to undergo deprogramming.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Falconeri’s Sad Fate!

Dante eventually filed for divorce and although Lulu held out hope that Dante would return she eventually signed the papers.

She dated for awhile until Dante eventually returned. But then Lulu was caught in an explosion at the Floating Rib.

She collapsed just as she was about to admit to Dante she still loved him. Lulu has now been in a catatonic state for the last several years, just like her mother was. Hopefully, Lulu will wake up soon and return to her family and friends!
