Welcome To Plathville Season 5 premieres on September 5 on TLC and it seems to bring a  lot of darkness. Bear in mind, the original season showed a happy family all living their isolated lives until Olivia married Ethan Plath. Certainly, it looks like religion couldn’t save the family.

Welcome To Plathville Season 5 – Preview Drops

A new preview for the show revealed each member of the cast. Some of them said nothing, but others gave oneliners about their lives. Moriah said, “If somebody making me choose, I’m gonna choose the person that’s not making me choose.” Well, spoilers already revealed that she looked sad and broken after Max. Willowy and pale, she seems to be hunting for answers in religion and with tattoos.

Barry Plath, who everyone knows got a divorce from his wife, Kim seems to be running from the old marriage. In his piece of the preview, the Welcome To Plathville star talked about how he was married for “25 years” before his divorce and he seems to find solace in working out.

Isaac was also shown in the preview, but her didn’t say anything at all, so maybe he won’t have a dark storyline.

Welcome To Plathville Spoilers – Kim Plath Has Nothing To Say

Kim Plath didn’t say anything, but spoilers revealed that she hooked up with Isaac’s flight instructor after her DUI in Florida. Actually, she seems to have been in a dark place for a long time and fans were shocked when she seemed to hit a mid-life crisis and become a rebel.

Welcome To Plathville fans saw that Lydia also chose to remain silent. From her social media, everyone knows that she went off on a Christian mission across the USA. Actually, some fans slammed her for stuffing religion down people’s throats. In fact, as Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets was airing, she chose a bad time to tell the world about her love for Jesus.

Meanwhile, Ethan Plath confirmed what everyone already knew. He said that the “family is falling apart.” 

Micah appeared too brifely to grab a screenshot, but he said that he has “big decisions to make.”

Welcome To Plathville Season 5 – Olivia Plath Is Unwanted And Unwelcome – Dark Tones

Welcome To Plathville star Olivia  appeared at the end. Well apart form Ethan’s segment, she said, “I have a family that doesn’t accept me now.” Then, she turned and walked away.

Fans picked up a dark feeling from the preview, One of them wrote, “Man this seems dark! I feel like none of the families have done well except the little couple! I am sure there are others but the majority of the family shows end up breaking up in someway!”

Anotehr viewer agreed, saying, “This show took a dark turn real fast.”
