Welcome To Plathville star Olivia Plath isn’t very popular with TLC fans but she lost her brother and many people might appreciate her sharing how she deals with grief. As season 5 of the show comes along next month, awareness about coping isn’t a bad thing to talk about. After all, interest in the cast is high right now.
When fans first heard that someone in the family named Micah passed away, they feared that it might have been Ethan’s brother. However, it turned out that it was the 15-year-old brother of Olivia. He was cycling home when he was hit by a car, So, it’s been a dark time for Ethan’s wife. Making it worse, is she hadn’t seen him for years because of her estrangement from her own family
Welcome To Plathville fans also know from the previews of the show that things don’t seem to be going well for her in the Plath family. Actually, some fans think she and Ethan split. After all, she did a lot of overseas travel without him. Coping with grief and tension must be particularly hard. In her Instagram Stories on Thursday, she spoke about how grief takes time to stop hurting.
Olivia Plath said that she finds some solace in nature, So, she told her fans that she was “going to step outside.” She also mentioned that she was looking to “reset in nature” for a bit. Additionally, she advised that if her followers are “grieving someone,” they need to “step away from everything.”
The Welcome To Plathville star continued by saying, “Focus on feeling what you’re feeling and let the storm pass.” It’s important to be “okay, [so], you should do that.” Then she reminded her followers that “there’s no timeline to grieving.” Her advice is, “If it’s been a hard day, a hard week, a hard month, or a hard year,” then people should remember that they “are not alone.”
Welcome To Plathville star Olivia Plath hopes that sitting in nature might help her “feel better.” So, she’s determined to “take the time” to do it. Actually, it seems like good advice, and certainly, it would not hurt to try it on sad days, Grief can be so overwhelming sometimes, that even stepping out the door feels like a mission impossible.
