Welcome To Plathville spoilers reveal controversial cast member Olivia Plath had to make a heartbreaking decision.  Ethan Plath’s wife revealed on social media that after suffering a devastating loss in her family, she has decided it is time to give up her pet hedgehog.  Read on for all the details.

Olivia Plath hasn’t always been our favorite Welcome To Plathville cast member.  While most Plath Family fans were on Team Olivia, she also came across as a bit condescending and abrasive to some viewers.  Regardless, nobody would wish what happened to Ethan’s wife on anyone.

Olivia Plath – Shares Sad News

Olivia confirmed on social media her 15 year old brother passed away last week.  Apparently, the teen was in a horrendous accident and was hit by a car while riding his bike.

According to reports, the teen was pronounced dead at the scene and unfortunately there was nothing that rescue crews could do to save him.

The Welcome To Plathville star shared the sad news and revealed that she was not doing well after losing her little brother and would be taking a social media break.

A few days later, Olivia Plath asked her followers for help rehoming her pet hedgehog.  While Olivia didn’t say it was because of her brother’s death, it seems pretty obvious.

The Welcome To Plathville star shared an adorable photo of her pet hedge hog Halle.  Olivia wrote, “I am unable right now to give her the care and attention she deserves.

She comes with her cage, exercise wheel, little house, waterer, extra food, grooming kit, sleeping sack, etc.  Everything you will need to take care of her.  She is 1.5 years old and was purchased by a registered breeder in Florida.”
