Monsters and Critics reported that Todd recently got two years chopped off from his 12-year sentence. Meanwhile, Julie got over a year off. Of course, if they win their appeal, then even more time could be reduced. The other issue is that they have minor children who Savannah is looking after. Many people feel they should serve their sentences at home.

The new information about possible further reductions for Todd Chrisley and his wife came via People Magazine. According to the outlet, Jay Surgent still thinks that their appeal case is strong. However, he explained why they could knock more time off soon. How will that work for them?

The attorney said:

There’s going to be the adoption of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, changes, modifications, recommendations for reduction of sentences for nonviolent offenders. So [I] don’t know at this point in time, but they should be getting two points a piece for that. So that’ll further reduce their sentences.
