Many people feel they should serve their sentences at home.

The new information about possible further reductions for Todd Chrisley and his wife came via People Magazine. According to the outlet, Jay Surgent still thinks that their appeal case is strong. However, he explained why they could knock more time off soon. How will that work for them?

The attorney said:

There’s going to be the adoption of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, changes, modifications, recommendations for reduction of sentences for nonviolent offenders. So [I] don’t know at this point in time, but they should be getting two points a piece for that. So that’ll further reduce their sentences.
