It’s hard to believe it, but 90 Day Fiancé stars Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh first met when she traveled to India 10 years ago. Sumit recently shared a throwback image of the pair on their Instagram page, where they both look so young and so cute. Fans and co-stars alike were quick to respond to the never-before-seen image.

Recently, 90 Day Fiancé star Sumit Singh shared a never-before-seen image of himself and Jenny Slatten on Instagram. Captioned, “A throwback picture from Jenny’s first visit to India in 2013. Over 10 years,” the couple looks so young and cute.

Sumit, 34, first met Jenny, 63, on Facebook where he initially catfished her, little knowing that their online meeting would turn into true love. In fact, Jenny traveled to India to make their relationship official, which is when the throwback photo was taken. Sumit would have been in his early twenties at the time, while Jenny was in her early 50s.

The couple has starred in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise ever since and while their life wasn’t always easy, they are still together. What with problems with Sumit’s family and the fact that he entered an arranged marriage, life has definitely been difficult for them.

However, these days they share their colorful life together on their Instagram pages and on Facebook. Fans get to follow their story, as they visit Goa in India along with them celebrating Indian holidays, like Holi, the festival of color.

Fans react to the throwback photo

Fellow cast members and fans were excited to see the throwback photo, with David Toborowsky sending a red heart emoji. Meanwhile, Big Ed’s fiancé, Liz Woods wrote, “Awe, this is so cute.”

Of the fan comments, one wrote a heartwarming note: “I have loved you all from the beginning! To me…your story is the best of all. You have literally fought many obstacles together and won. Your relationship is proof…that love will win and it is all possible together❤❤❤.”

Another wrote, “You guys never gave up throughout your whole relationship. To say your connection is powerful is an understatement.”

However, one follower obviously didn’t read the caption. They commented, writing, “Why filter? Obviously you very beautiful and still (but just another stage in life) being real that’s part of growing…” Others soon put things right by explaining there was no filter and that it was an old photo.
