The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor’s Offer, Will Kyle Accept?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will make Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) an offer. Victor hopes to influence Kyle to fire Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) from Jabot, and is fairly certain neither of them wants Adam there.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Meeting At Society

Kyle arrives for a meeting Victor set up for the two of them at Society, to which Victor himself is running late. He spots Adam drinking at the bar, and with all the frustrations Kyle is feeling he needs to work out himself, he heads over to talk to Adam. Kyle and Adam have been butting heads recently, and so Kyle isn’t really interested in a pleasant conversation, and notices Adam’s in a very surly mood.

Kyle starts pushing Adam’s buttons by bringing up Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and how she chose his brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) over him. Kyle acts like he wants to pick a fight with Adam, but it’s really about his own misdirected aggression.

Y & R Spoilers – Victor Newman Arrives

Victor finally arrives for their meeting, warmly greeting his grandson-in-law while displaying a cool demeanor to his son, which isn’t lost on Adam. Victor and Kyle then head to their own table, where Kyle assumes Victor wants to talk about his mother, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).

But it turns out to be nothing of the sort, and Victor tells Kyle he has a more pressing matter to discuss with him. Victor tells Kyle he has an offer for him – he doesn’t want Adam at Jabot any more than Kyle does and he would like him to fix that. Kyle goes along with that, in spite of being married to Victor’s granddaughter, the feud between the Abbotts and the Newmans goes back many years. Kyle doesn’t want the enemy running his family’s company so he wants to hear Victor’s plan.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Lost Patience

Victor shares with Kyle that he’s lost patience with Adam, and wants him away from Jabot and back in the Newman fold so he can keep him under his thumb. Kyle is sure he can find some reason to fire Adam, even if it’s for insubordination because of his attitude towards him. It was actually his father, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) who hired Adam, putting him in a job with actual authority thinking he had what it took.

Why Jack felt sorry enough for Adam to give him a job that Kyle had previously vacated, Kyle will never know. But he thinks that he can help Victor with firing him from Jabot.
