The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that a paternity shocker is in the works on the CBS soap opera. By now, all the viewers know that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is pregnant. She isn’t sure if the baby’s father is Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) or Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

While Sally may not consider switching the paternity test result, several people would. The identity of the baby’s father could be life-changing results. So, it’s easy to understand why someone would want to change the lab result.

Sally is still trying to hide her pregnancy. She doesn’t want either of the potential dads to know she’s expecting. She wants time to think about what she should do. Sally’s probably trying to figure out which one of the men she hopes fathered her child.

 Y&R spoilers say that Sally won’t tamper with the paternity test result, but someone close to her might. What’s worse, it could take years for the real father to be revealed.

Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) believed that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) was her father for a long time. Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) changed the paternity result to show Jack was her dad instead of Nick. Eventually, it came out, but it was a long road.

Y&R Spoilers– Who Could Change The Result?

The first person that could change the result is Adam. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Adam has made his position with Sally clear– he wants to be with her and proposed to her. Of course, she declined but has obvious unresolved feelings for the Newman bad boy.

Then there’s Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson). While Chloe is a good friend to Sally, she still has an intense hatred for Adam. Changing a paternity test result would be easy with her husband, Kevin Baldwin’s (Greg Rikaart) hacking skills.

Chloe has told Sally that Adam is not good for her. She thinks Sally should settle down with a nice man. In Chloe’s eyes, that nice man is Nick. She believes that Sally and Nick could have a happy and successful life together.
