The Duchess Of Humiliation: Taylor Swift Snubbed Meghan Markle

Royal Family News says that while Meghan Markle would like everyone to believe that she is someone who is well connected in Hollywood, that doesn’t mean that she is well liked. Despite the fact that she managed to get some A-list stars on her Spotify podcast such as Mariah Carey and Paris Hilton, there’s a new report that says she was snubbed by Taylor Swift. Talk about being the Duchess of Humiliation, right? Here’s what you need to know.

The Duchess of Humiliation – Taylor Swift Snubbed Meghan Markle

According to Page Six, Taylor Swift supposedly snubbed a personal invite from Meghan to appear on her Spotify podcast, Archetypes, last year. Apparently, the pop singer was asked by the Duchess of Sussex herself to appear on the podcast, but she declined through her representatives.

This all comes after several reports have indicated that Spotify executives were underwhelmed by Harry and Meghan’s lack of strong ideas and their less than stellar track record when it came to their workload.

That might have been one of the many reasons why Spotify decided to ultimately pull the plug on their contract with the Sussexes, leaving Harry and Meghan out of the cold and without a $20 million dollar paycheck.

Taylor Didn’t Feel The Need To Speak To Meghan

And while there have been some reports indicating that Meghan Markle is already looking for another platform to call home for her Archetypes podcast, that might not happen, either.

That’s because it seems like there are more and more brands and companies out there that are trying to distance themselves from Meghan.

Soon after it was announced that Harry and Meghan had lost their Spotify contract, a representative for Christian Dior denied reports that they were working on a deal with the Duchess of Sussex.

That, and Netflix wants out of their contract, too. Clearly, Meghan Markle just can’t catch a break these days.
