The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) has conflicted thoughts about Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

He also remains uncertain about what to think about Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) romantic connection with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Thomas did not react with hurt or anger when Hope told him she wanted to try again with Liam. Hope was impressed and recognized that the changes Thomas made in his life were real.

Viewers know that the old Thomas would have lashed out at Hope and trashed Liam. Instead, Atkinson’s character told Hope there was only one thing he could do, let her go back to her family.

Thomas continues to tell Hope that he loves her. She acknowledges that he does possess that feeling rather than projecting obsession as he had in the past.

Devoted fans see the setup. Hope’s intended attempt to reconcile with Liam could fail, whether that happens immediately or over time.

And assuming it does, Thomas would look all the better because of the way he responded now.

It is good to see Thomas’ storyline advance. Atkinson’s nuanced performance, since becoming the recast in 2019, has been terrific.

So, the fans are surely looking forward to the next stage in Thomas’ evolution.

B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer Has Another Heart-To-Heart

Steffy was surprised to hear Liam say that he and Hope may have had a breakthrough.

Wood’s character pushed Liam to reconcile with his wife after he witnessed Hope kissing Thomas in Rome, Italy.

Clifton’s character tried to offer himself as an alternative to John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), playing off the incidents with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

But Steffy has herself under control and initiated a separation so she can process all that happened.

Liam took Steffy’s rejection of him as a signal to try again with Hope. Of course, Hope does not know that Liam told Steffy he never stopped loving her.

Liam does care about Hope. That has never been a legitimate question.

But Steffy knows Liam’s mixed messages threw her and Hope off on multiple occasions within the last decade. She wants her marriage with Finn to last.

Hope realized that Liam’s retrospective discussion about their shared past, including what they overcame, mattered.

She is willing to try because of their family. Whether Liam wants that as well will be seen on B&B.
