Leaks suggest that apart from the hard stand that Janelle used for her RV, nothing happened with the land.
Rather boring reports appeared over the years about taxes on the Sister Wives’ lots. Who knew that TLC viewers were so interested in property values? Anyway, it pertained to the infamous Kody Brown, so many folks who never cared became engrossed in real estate. If the reports are accurate, it seems that Kody Brown may face the possibility of losing his property at Coyote Pass. The word is that payment is due by year-end. Well, that seems unlikely seeing Meri has moved to Utah.
This week, it seemed like there is a very good possibility the Sister Wives family was selling off property at Coyote Pass. The suspicion arrived via @historyinsixtie on TikTok. Well, there were signs up, but it wasn’t very clear as one of them was hidden by the leakster’s body. However, folks got a glimpse at one stage. The poster did suggest that people fact-check if they like. So, someone did.
According to Katy Joy of Without A Crystal Ball on Instagram, it looks like the property might not belong to Kody, Robyn, Meri, and Janelle.

Doing some digging, Katie reported that the Sister Wives family doesn’t own the lot for sale. She wrote, “The lot is owned by a couple who live in Illinois.” Well, it wasn’t really a bad suspicion by the TikTokker, because Kaite also mentioned, “This property was listed by the same agent that sold the property to the Browns but is not the Brown’s lot.”
DIsgiung her research, the influencer concluded that “A phone number listed on the for sale sign is registered to a couple that own a piece of property within Coyote Pass but with an address of Rudd Tank Rd.”
