Sister Wives spoilers reveal that, according to Original Newsbreak, the filming of season 18 is ongoing and has been for a few months now, a source who works in production on the TLC show reports.

Fans witnessed Kody in the One on One special, drop the bomb that he was no longer “spiritually” married to Meri, 52, and Janelle, 53. Of course, Christine was the first to leave the father of 18 announcing her departure in November 2021 via Instagram.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Meri Brown’s Main Focus

With all Kody’s wives seeming to split at once, the Brown family patriarch was left with but one wife, Robyn Brown, 44. Recently, a Sister Wives expert who has numerous production sources let the cat out of the bag on what fans can expect next.

“[Producers] did not know that this was going to fall out so badly,” co-host of the Tender Loving Care…? podcast with Kate Chindlund, Pauline Bithell told The Sun after talking with various production sources.

“Fans are interested in Meri, but the last season she’s been so much put aside by Kody. I definitely think she’s rejuvenated now with this bed and breakfast [Lizzie’s Heritage Inn in Parowan, Utah] and she will be featured.”

The podcast host then added that since Meri’s B&B is her main focus now, she’ll likely only be “featured a little bit” and that she will hardly make any appearances. Bithell also reported that this change has caused production to be at “a little bit of a standstill.”

Sister Wives Spoilers – Season 18 To Follow Christine And Janelle Brown’s New Lives

The Tender Loving Care…? Cohost also informed the outlet that Christine’s dating life will feature big in season 18 as well as Janelle’s life sans Kody. Christine recently revealed on Instagram that she’s got a new love interest whom she’s dating “exclusively.” However, no name for the mysterious boyfriend has yet been revealed.

“They’re still going to carry on with the lives of [the ex-wives],” Bithell explained. “I think the season is going to be pivotal and very interesting for the fans because… all these things have been revealed about money, about the poverty levels that the children [had experienced].

“So, there’s been a lot of exposure on Kody and exposure on his life that I think he thought was going [to] be kept hidden, but unfortunately, it’s all coming out now.”
