Sister Wives Spoilers: Kody Brown Doesn’t Stand A Chance With Truely

Sister wives spoilers have been hinting for months now that Kody Brown was gearing up for a custody battle over his daughter Truely Brown, who he shares with ex-wife Christine Brown.  Recent Sister Wives 1-on-1 interview scenes have shed a lot of light on the state of affairs in the Brown Family.  Ironically, Kody still has not taken Christine to court, despite his threats.

Sister Wives clips all over social media show a furious Kody Brown snapping at Christine that she doesn’t just get to pack up his kids and take them away, and move them in with her new boyfriend David Woolley.  While if it were a traditional family, we would totally agree with Kody.  But, we all know he basically dumped everyone for Robyn Brown and the kids he shares with her, years ago.  And Christine is not going to back down on this argument.

Sister Wives star Christine Brown has reportedly scoffed at Kody’s custody demands.  When she was living next door to her husband, Kody was still only seeing his daughter Truely sporadically and always spent more time with the kids he has with Robyn.  In a tell-all Sister Wives clip, Christine Brown snapped that it’s absurd Kody wants 50/50 custody now, because when they were together he didn’t even take Truely.

Interestingly, neither Kody Brown or Christine have filed any actual papers in family court.  If Kody is talking about custody and seeing his daughter, shouldn’t he be filing papers proposing that?  For a doting dad, Kody seems to be doing an awful lot of talking and not taking much action to actually see his daughter.

Why hasn’t Kody taken Christine to court?  Long story short, his ego.  Truely Brown isn’t a baby any more.  And, if they go before a judge, Truely is going to be allowed to speak her peace and share with the judge who she wants to live with and why.  That is definitely not something Kody wants to play out in the public eye.
