Sister Wives Spoilers: Fans Noticed Coyote Pass Land Is For Sale, What Happened?

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Kody Brown always wanted to give his four wives wonderful life. This included them all having a house of their own where they could raise their families. In fact, Kody purchased land for his wives so that they could all build homes on it or he could build a giant home for them all. During the last two seasons of Sister Wives, it turns out that Janelle Brown was the only wife to do anything on the land at Coyote Pass.

She was living in her RV on the land until she decided to leave Kody. Since the land has been sitting vacant since,, fans of the show want to know what is going on with it. A recent post on Instagram gave some hints as to what will happen to the land.

Sister Wives Spoilers – The For Sale Sign

In a recent post on social media, one fan of the show shared photos of the land at Coyote Pass. In these photos, fans saw a ‘for sale’ sign near the land that the Browns own.

This has led fans of the show to think that Kody and his one remaining wife, Robyn Brown could be very desperate for money.

There have been other rumors that the couple that owns the other half of the land, who live in Illinois, are actually the ones that are selling their share and that it isn’t the Browns.

The post did note that the same realtors that the Browns bought the land from. This land could be for sale for various reasons.

The Browns own about six acres of the land. As of right now, Janelle and Meri Brown’s names are still on the title of the land, as well as Kody and Robyn.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Future of Coyote Pass

Since there has been no building done on the land, fans aren’t sure what will be next for it. The Browns have yet to pay off the land and that has been a concern for their fans as well.

Part of the reason that the Browns never built on this land was because of the money they owed on it. Now that Kody’s wives have left him, he could be working on getting it all paid off, but that is still up in the air right now.

If Kody can’t bounce back from their debt, what will happen to this land? If things get too hard financially for these two, they will more than likely sell this land. We will have to wait and see what happens next to the land at Coyote Pass.
