Sister Wives spoilers, news, and updates reveal that, according to Screen Rant, Robyn quite possibly had reasonable motives for causing the couple’s relationship to end. Now, Sister Wives fans are speculating that Robyn, Kody’s last remaining wife, may have been setting up his split from his first wife Meri, for years.

Readers may recall that Kody married his first wife, Meri, in 1990. The Brown family patriarch then divorced Meri in 2010 so he could instead marry Robyn and then adopt her children from a previous marriage. Kody and Meri, however, remained spiritually married until 2022 when Meri announced via Instagram that they were splitting up.

The two only recently separated, however, the writing has been on the proverbial wall for years. Whether Kody and Meri’s relationship was already in trouble is a moot point because Robyn has not been doing it any good since she arrived on the scene.

Robyn has been referred to often and as being Kody’s favorite but has also clapped back rejecting the notion, according to In Touch weekly. Robyn, since joining the Sister Wives family, has, of course, dominated Kody’s attention.

Fans now theorize that Robyn has been playing the long game with Kody and his first wife’s relationship, perhaps planning the relationship’s demise even before Sister wives became a show.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Kody And Meri Brown’s Relationship’s Been On Thin Ice For Years

To be fair, Kody and Meri’s relationship has been on thin ice for a long time. However, many of these issues became more of a sore spot after Robyn joined the family. When the TLC show was still in its youth, it seemed Robyn and Meri were perhaps close.

\Meri even helped Robyn to get closer to Kody. She then went on to agree to divorce Kody so he could then adopt Robyn’s three children.

Redditor u/LunarEclipse10987 wrote, “I think every bit of Robyn’s relationship with Meri was parasitic. Robyn used Meri so much and took everything from her. Meri just wanted a friend because she ruined the relationships with her other sister wives and got burned.”

Fans have long noticed differences in the way Kody treats Robyn as opposed to the way he treats the rest of his wives. It is highly probable that Robyn has been waiting for years for Kody and Meri to end their marriage.
