Sister Wives: How Come Robyn Doesn’t Have To Clean Her House

One of Sister Wives Season 18’s biggest bombshells was really Robyn Brown and Kody‘s house.  After years of banning camera crews from filming in her home, Robyn Brown is the only wife left and really had no choice but to let the Sister Wives cameras inside.  And, now it’s pretty clear why they haven’t filmed at Robyn’s house in so many years.

There have been Sister Wives rumors floating around for a couple years now hinting that Robyn Brown has a hoarding problem.

Those stories stemmed from leaked photos of the outside of Robyn and Kody’s home, which had what appears to be piles of toys and trash out front.  It turns out they weren’t that far off.

The few episodes that were filmed inside Robyn’s home this season showed fans a ton of clutter.  The living room was really unlivable because it’s cluttered with laundry and clothes.

The kitchen bewildered us all.  How does she cook them food when the entire counter is covered in papers and dirty dishes?

Then Sister Wives fans got to thinking. There’s no way the cameras surprised Robyn and Kody, they knew they were coming. Why didn’t they clean up?  If that is the clean version, we would hate to see what it looked like before they cleaned for the cameras.

How come Robyn Brown doesn’t have to clean her house though?  It was never stated out loud, but it was pretty clear Kody Brown expected his wives to keep a tidy home.  Kody often praised Meri’s home because it was so clean and organized.

And, despite both of them having more kids than Robyn does, Janelle Brown and Christine Brown were always running around and doing housework and cleaning up after their children.

It was never really said out loud, but it was pretty clear Kody expected his wives to keep a tidy home.

So, how come Robyn’s allowed to let her house go like that?  If that were Christine, Janelle, or Meri’s house, Kody would have a field day pointing out everything they haven’t done.  Why does Robyn get a free pass not to clean her house?
