Right now, he is in prison for CSAM-related content. However, the producers of the new docuseries allege that he is just one of many in their faith. Well, some people are speaking out. Jill Dillard said in the trailer, that if anyone is going to tell a story then she wanted to be part of it. One can only imagine that the news didn’t get Jim Bob Duggar jumping for joy.

When Jinger Vuolo launched her book, Becoming Free, Indeed, she spoke out about the way she was raised and educated. In fact, she believes that the ILBP dedication system left her without any “critical thinking ” skills. New spoilers reveal that Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets will explore education. Apparently, there is a lot of work that needs to be done to move their homeschooling system to any sort of acceptable level.

The new insights arrived when People Magazine spoke with Olivia Crist. Christ is very much involved in the production of the Amazon docuseries. She said, “One of the things I want to highlight is really the educational neglect that happened to a lot of these children is really astonishing. Their education was not sufficient.” 

Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets will also reveal that Josh is allegedly just a very small drop in the ocean when it comes to predatory behavior. Olivia Christ told the outlet that when the authoritarian attitude of submissiveness to the male figure is combined with poor education, it ends “in a system that is inherently abusive and…breeds abuse.”

Speaking about Josh, the producer said that in Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets, there are many dark things that will emerge. She added that the oldest son of Jim Bob “is the tip of the iceberg in this group.”
