Todd, the 53-year-old Chrisley Knows Best patriarch, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for an additional 16 months of supervised release. Julie, 50, received seven years behind bars with the same 16 months of supervised release. Both were found guilty of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and tax fraud in November 2022.

which was prerecorded prior to the former reporting to prison on January 17 (via LA Times). During that episode, Julie spoke of the moments after she and Todd were denied bail pending their appeal.
Chrisley Family News – A Really Rough Day
“Two days ago was a really rough day for me,” the Chrisley Knows Best veteran said. “And it really shouldn’t have been a rough day for me,” she said of the last day in court. She added that she will be holding on to her faith as she begins her sever-year-long prison stay.
“Man will let you down. People are not always who they say you are,” she opined. “People don’t always have your best intentions at heart. I have become stronger in knowing that I’m going to get through it. I may have some bumpy roads ahead. My kids may have some bumpy roads ahead. My husband. But we’re going to get through it.”
Chrisley Family News – Julie Chrisley Could Require Medical Or Mental Care
Todd and Julie officially surrendered Tuesday to begin their respective prison sentences. Todd reported to Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Pensacola in the state of Florida. Julie was originally directed to report to FCI Marianna in Jackson County Florida.
However, after being redesignated on December 20, she instead reported to Federal Medical Center Lexington, in Lexington Kentucky. FMC Lexington reportedly houses inmates who require medical or mental health care and holds inmates with various security classifications.
