Savannah Chrisley Reveals Todd’s Job In Federal Prison

“Chrisley Knows Best” star, Savannah Chrisley has visited her mom and dad, Todd and Julie. She’s not going to stop fighting for their freedom and all their imprisonment made her do, was find a deeper faith in God. Recently, she described that not having them around feels like “a slow death.” However, she seems to be happy that her dad landed himself a job that he’s probably good at.

In a very emotional episode of her “Unlocked” podcast, Todd’s daughter described how hard it is to not be able to just call her parents any time she feels like it. Clearly, she feels devastated that her parents sit inside federal prisons. Still, she’s not giving up and she trusts God and their legal team to help them win their appeal. Even harder, is telling her little sister Chloe not to stop praying while it feels like nothing is happening.

she talked about the actual evidence, including an illegal search and an allegedly lying IRS agent in the court. Additionally, Savannah Chrisley read out an email from her dad. In it, Todd said, “I want you to give yourself some grace [and] fall in love with the real Savanna.” He also said to her that he “raised [a kid] that radiates a room with her kindness and compassion.” When he ended, he told her to “please tell my Chloe how much I love her, and always remind Grayson that he is my heart and soul.”

Savannah Chrisley – Visited Todd In Prison – His Job

Some tabloids wrote about how Todd would be “scrubbing toilets” in prison. However, he landed a job “working in the chapel.” Naturally, his daughter thinks that is very good news. Bear in mind, he really is a light to many Christians. While it’s hard for the family, at least she knows that her mom and dad are doing “really well.” Meanwhile, Julie keeps herself busy, she’s “going to church,” and “making friends.” 

Savannah Chrisley seemed to be caught between grief and happiness. And, she’s determined that she will take on the “prison system.” For her, “beating someone down further than they are” is not a great idea. In his email, Todd mentioned that they will leave a “legacy.” It seems that both of them think that the folks inside prison are not really understood.

Savannah Chrisley – Speaking About The Women In Prison

Savannah Chrisley described how in the “men’s facility,” the vending machines are “full.” However, the women’s are empty. So, she believes that women are discriminated against. Even though the facilities are not terrible like a maximum security facility, she still feels there’s a need for understanding and “forgiveness.”

Toward the end of the podcast, the “Chrisley Knows Best” star called out tabloids for inventing stories to “make a dollar” off hardship. She wants writers to stop “tearing people down.”
