It seems like Meghan Markle might have really underestimated the power that the British Royal Family truly has. There’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex might have been tricked into not going to the coronation. Here’s what you need to know.

As many royal fans probably already know, Prince Harry will be making the trip on his own as Meghan will be staying behind in California with the couple’s two children, Archie and Lilibet. Well, now a report says that is exactly what the royal family wanted as they don’t want Meghan anywhere near them on what will most likely be a very history day for Great Britain. Convincing Harry to show up solo to the ceremony was all part of the royal family’s master plan to begin with.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “It’s no secret that everyone in the royal family despises Meghan after what she’s said and done, and no one wants her anywhere near the coronation or frankly, anywhere else.”

Royal staffers say that Harry and Meghan’s invite to the coronation came with some stipulations and some people say they knew that the Duchess of Sussex would never agree to any of them. Rather than be humiliated, Meghan figured that it would be best just to stay home and skip the coronation altogether. There were even some reports that said the royal family wanted to seat Harry and Meghan ten rows behind everyone else at Westminster Abbey during the coronation ceremony.

Royal Family News – What’s Next For Meghan Markle?

The insider added, “The royals became aware of cracks in the marriage while Harry publicly admitted Meghan threatened to walk out after he raised his voice during a bitter argument. Frankly, the royals wish Harry would dump Meghan, and if there’s anything they can do tho show him the mistake that he has made, they will do it.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter.
