Royal Family News: Prince Harry And Meghan Were Stood Up By The Royals At Lilibet’s Christening

From all indications, King Charles III, Camila, Queen Consort, Prince William, Prince of Wales, and Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales wants nothing to do with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. It’s as if the Royals have washed their hands completely off everything that concerns Harry and Meghan.

If they had wanted to endure or rather look past Harry and Meghan’s shenanigans, it would have been after they released their Netflix docuseries titled “Harry and Meghan” however, after Prince Harry released his Tell-all Memoir “Spare” it became the last straw.

Here’s what happened. Prince Harry and his wife Meghan extended an invitation to the above-mentioned Royals, to grace them with their presence at the christening of their daughter Lilibet.

Instead of honoring the invitation, neither King Charles, his wife Camila, Prince William, nor his wife Kate Middleton was seen anywhere near the occasion. They all booted the Sussex family.

Royal Family News — Meghan’s Mom Graced The Occasion

A spokesperson for Harry and Meghan confirmed to “Entertainment Tonight” that the ceremony was a private one which took place last week Friday.

The spokesperson said, “I can confirm that Princess Lilibet Diana was christened on Friday, March 3, by the Archbishop of Los Angeles, the Rev. John Taylor.”

According to PEOPLE, the ceremony housed about 20 to 30 guests and, although the Royals didn’t appear at the event, reports has it that Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, was present at the occasion, including Lilibet’s godfather, Tyler Perry, and an undisclosed godmother of Lilibet.

The news of the Royals booting Harry and Meghan comes after Harry’s father asked him to vacate the Frogmore Cottage which was given to Harry and his wife by the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2018.

While Prince Harry is set to relocate his belongings, it was also reported that King Charles has the intention of handing over the keys of Frogmore Cottage to his disgraced junior brother Prince Andrew.

However, there are reports that Prince Andrew who was stripped of his titles and also asked to vacate his living space at Buckingham Palace earlier this year has no intention of taking King Charles up on his offer.

A source close to the Royals shared exclusively to “The U.S. Sun” that “Andrew is resisting the idea of moving into Frogmore Cottage after he was offered it last week. But it shows Harry and Meghan are powerless to stop the eviction.”
