Princess Kate Scores A Goal On the Netball Court With Injured Fingers

When it comes to sports, Kate has proven time and time again that she can flawlessly rule the court. I mean, this princess did keep up with tennis champion Emma Raducanu, in case you’re wondering.

Apart from being good at a lot of sports, Kate is also a big champion on the usefulness of exercise in combatting mental health issues, such as anxieties, and for physical health as well.

Prince William And Kate Join Youngsters To Play Sports As Part of A Mental Fitness Workshop

On October 12, the Prince and Princess of Wales visited Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre to take part in a workshop run by Sports Aid that aims to show the benefits of exercising for a strong mental health. There, they were pictured running around with youngsters happily.

At one point, Kate decided to try her hand at scoring a goal, and even though she was still nursing injured fingers, she was able to score a goal on her second try.

A week before, she was involved in another sporting event that saw her confess she was a little bit worried about her recovering fingers. However, once she was all set and ready to take part in the wheelchair rugby training, she admitted that she’ll likely “get stuck in.”

And I think it’s her energy that makes people happy to be around her. She loves trying news things – remember that deep-sea diving with William in Belize – and she’s always enthusiastic about learning things that affects, concerns, and interests others.

Kate Was Publicly Pictured With Bandage Around Her Two Fingers.

The sight of her injured hand caused some speculations online, prompting Kensington Palace to release a statement, revealing that she injured it while jumping on the trampoline and that it was not a serious injury.

Prince William and Kate have been working towards breaking the stigma around mental health since 2017, when they launched Heads Together alongside Prince Harry.
