Prince William And Kate Middleton Mark Baby Loss Awareness Week With Educational Post

The Prince and Princess of Wales marked this year’s Baby Loss Awareness Week by sharing a list of helpful and educational resources for any family that needs support navigating through the hard times.

Prince William and Princess Kate Remember Those Who Have Lost Babies This Week

Baby loss is something that Princess Kate has talked about in the past, so it’s not a surprise that the parents of three would use their platform to raise awareness for the organizations helping families affected with this tragedy.

“Marking Baby Loss Awareness Week and thinking of all those who have been affected by baby loss #BLAW,” the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Twitter channel shared.

“In the thread below is a list of organisations who can help if you or someone you know needs support,” the message continued.

Their first recommendation was Tommy’s, “Through @tommys there are free resources and communities that can provide support with issues around wellbeing and mental health through loss and pregnancy after loss.”

The website’s motto of “Always shining, never forgotten” is sure to strike a chord with afflicted families.

They also promise to be a listening ear and to help guide families out of the gloom and make sense of their loss. They also help to make pregnancy and childbirth a safer experience for all women.

Next up is a child bereavement charity focused on helping grieving children and parents. They wrote: “With @cbukhelp you can access support that can help when a child is grieving or when a child passes away.”

When A Child Loses A Sibling, It Will Take A Toll On Their Mental Health And Child Bereavement UK Helps To Make Their Pain Feel Seen.

They concluded their post by writing, “There are so many organisations that can offer help should you need it, including the @MMHAlliance’s network of 120+ organisations supporting women and families affected by perinatal mental health problems.”

Fans were very appreciative of the thoughtful post, because sometimes it’s easy to forget that there’s a way to find help when we’re suffering from things.
