According to sources close to the Montecito-based couple, Harry and Meghan have very different lifestyles, even though they remain super supportive of each other.
While Meghan feels at home with the celebrity lifestyle in California, Harry is yearning for a piece of home and is reportedly seeking for a house in London.
It’s been three years since Harry and Meghan left the UK for a life in sunny California, and they’ve used that time to forge paths for themselves in Hollywood.
At first, they were approached with fantastic offers from the biggest streaming giants in the world.
Since Spotify dropped them, they haven’t been able to snag a comparable offer, even though they reached out to Spotify competitor Audbile in hopes of acquiring a new deal. But that’s not stopping Meghan from working to build her brand.
In fact, she signed a deal with Hollywood power agency WME for representation, and is making plans to relaunch her lifestyle blog The Tig with celebrity backing. Rumors say she’s got her eyes set on “Pretty Woman” actress Julia Roberts.
Harry, on the other hand, wants to focus on charity work. “Harry loves his wife and children; he is happy but really misses the UK,” a close source told Woman Magazine.
Harry is also said to be content dropping the children to school, walking their dog, and generally spending time with his family. Whereas Meghan loves mingling with Hollywood’s elite.
Another source added: “There’s very much a feeling that Harry wants to concentrate on charity work and his family, while Meghan is much more concentrated on moving her brand forward.”
The couple have been quiet for the past few weeks, with no new deals announced or new Netflix project in the works. However, an insider claims that the couple are working very hard behind-the-scenes and once the time is right, they’ll be updating their fans.
