Prince Harry Blasted By Americans For Seeking Special Treatment Just Because He’s A Veteran

Prince Harry did not make any new friends across the pond when he asked for “special privilege” as a compensation for going to war. And while many appreciate his war efforts, his requests do not exactly fit into reality.

Kinsey Schofied Questions Prince Harry Using His Veteran Status To Claim “Special Privilege”

Prince Harry served two tours in Afghanistan, and while that is not exactly lost on Kinsey Schofield – she “appreciates” his efforts – she did not think it a grand enough reason for the Prince to walk into court and ask for special treatment. According to her, his latest request did not sit well with Americans.

“If his argument is, ‘I went to war’, then shouldn’t we protect everyone that has gone to war that way?” she asked. “I live in Los Angeles, California, where there’s a significant amount of veterans that are homeless, sleeping on the streets.”

“Obviously, we should treat them better, but Harry is asking for special privilege because he went to war. There’s a lot of people we should be protecting.”

This isn’t the first time Harry has been accused of being out of “touch” with reality. The Duke returned to the UK last week to argue that Home Office’s decision to downplay his security is not the right call.

He cited the significant amount of risk he and his family face on a daily basis, saying that he won’t be able to bring his wife and children to the UK unless adequate security is provided for them.

It’s not news that threat to Harry has increased exponentially, more so with the publication of his bestselling memoir “Spare.”

In the book, Harry said that he killed 25 Talibans, which led to accusations of boasting, and even some unrest from people at that side of the world.

Harry would later go on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and brand accusations of boasting “a dangerous lie.”

According to him, writing “Spare” was a cathartic experience due to the level of vulnerability it allowed him to display within its pages.
