Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be Hollywood Reporter’s 2023 biggest losers, but they’ve set themselves up for a massively successful 2024.

To do this, they’re finally moving on from royal squabbles. Well, let’s hope this is the year they stick to the “moving on” resolution.

2023 was not an easy one for the Sussexes, as they jumped from one controversy to the next.

At one point, the New York Post dubbed them the Duke and Duchess of Hazzard for exaggerating their 2-hour NYC car chase story.

And of course no one can forget the popular caricature on South Park, or even the recent Family Guy joke.

Let’s just say that this year has mostly seen them being kicked around for jokes, and yes Harry’s frozen todger did get significant attention.

But the couple are determined that next year should be nothing like this year. While a source says the couple are in “extremely high demand,” reality may tell differently, especially since their Spotify deal has fallen through, their Netflix deal is currently on ice and their Dior deal just didn’t happen.

After being signed to WME for more than five months, the only ad Meghan Markle could star in was for a latte brand she invested in.

Needless to say, things aren’t looking very good for brand Sussex, but an insider claims this is all set to change. “Harry and Meghan think 2024 will be the year of redemption,” the source said.

To embark on their redemption journey, they are thinking of leaving Montecito for LA to be closer to all the Hollywood action.

Meghan Markle’s Team Shocked By How In Demand the Former Actress Is

Though we’re yet to learn about any new project from the 42-year-old Duchess, a source claims she has a line of offers to pick from.

“They’ve actually been shocked by how popular she is,” said the source. “Her team has never seen anything like it.” Reportedly, a few projects are on the works, including multi-million dollar deals with fashion and beauty brands.

However, fans will have to wait until we ring in the New Year for them to see the “exciting” new things Meghan promised them. There’s even rumor of a return to “Suits.” “Meghan would consider it. There have already been discussions.”
