My Big Fat Fabulous Life (MBFFL) star Whitney Way Thore was so terrified of covid-19 that she literally wanted her mom to be a prisoner in her house.

Sadly, her mom passed away from something else. But now that she had it the TLC star just gave an update on her own experience with the illness.

There’s no secret that the show is being filmed for another season. It’s the first one without her mom in it, and spoilers reveal that she and her dad traveled overseas.

Much of the show is expected to show the family getting to grips with life without Babs in it. Of course, there are also rumors that there will be a resurgence of the French tutor. Anyway, time will tell on that one.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life spoilers also suggest that there might be a secret brother arriving to bump Whitney out of her comfort zone.

Again, it is all rumor and conjecture at this time. What fans do know is that a new season comes. And now they know that Whitney Way Thore contracted covid 19. Maybe she got it on her travels. Mind you, these days, it’s probably all over the place.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life – Whitney Gets COVID-19

This week, Whitney took to her main Instagram profile page to update on her covid. Actually, she said that she tested positive a few days ago. But she hadn’t given feedback. It turns out that she really didn’t fall all that sick with it. Fortunately, unlike some people, her experience seemed rather mild.

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star ate her lunch while she talked about her testing positive. She said that she started off with a bit of a tickly throat and then woke from a nap feeling a bit feverish.

But when she woke again in the night, she’d broken her fever. So the next day, they did the test and she definitely tested positive. However, by day four, she was already testing negative.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life – A Mild Case Of Covid For The TLC star

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star agreed that she seemed lucky that she did not get a worse dose of the illness. Some of her fans were not so lucky.

One of them said in the comments, “Tested positive with hubby for Covid last week (Monday) just a few days before you. I’m glad to hear you had a mild case, it definitely hit me harder but slowly on the mend ❤️ Scratchy throat, congestion, coughing, raging fever on Monday…”
