Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were both involved in court cases this week. Well, the outcome for the brother of Prince William is unknown at this stage. However, the outcome of Samantha Markle’s lawsuit again her sister is now in the news headlines and people have got a lot to say about it.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry In Lawsuits In Same Week

When Prince Harry turned up unexpectedly in the UK, many people wondered where his wife was. Actually, some folks speculated that she sent him there along to test public reactions. That came because they were invited to the coronation of King Charles.  After all, he didn’t need to be there. If you don’t know, it’s the lawsuit that he joined alongside the likes of Elton John, Elizabeth Hurley, and Sadie Frost. Their case involves allegedly illegally obtained information by the press.

Meghan Markle, it was noticed, was not with her man. However, the obvious reason is that she stayed behind because of her sister Samantha’s lawsuit. Ahead of the court hearing, her lawyers opined that the lawsuit was “absurd.” If you don’t know, her half-sister felt aggrieved because Harry’s wife claimed during the interview with Oprah Winfrey, that she was an “only child” of Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland. at least, she felt that way when she was growing up.

Meghan Markle Wins Against Samantha

TMZ carried the news that “the Florida judge dismissed Samantha Markle’s $75K lawsuit, ruling Meghan’s opinion of her experiences growing up was just that … her opinion, and that’s not defamation.” Actually, it’s been a long road with a lot of speculation. Bear in mind, hardly anyone ever heard of her sister before Harry’s wife became even more famous when she married into the royal family.

The outlet also noted that the sister of Meghan Markle “argued the statement was false, malicious and humiliating.” Well, that didn’t ruffle the judge who tossed it out of court. Recall, about a month ago, the legal team for the mom of Archie and Lilibet argued that an opinion is just that. Now, the court agreed with them.
