She was also seen pulling herself together when she experienced a heartbreaking romance. Alongside her unpleasant situation, Mama June spent time away from her family, especially her youngest child, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, as she has to stay in rehab to heal herself.

Last October 2021, Mama June unveiled her new boyfriend, now husband, Justin. She revealed that the man doesn’t know who she was until he dated her. The Georgia native also mentioned that she’s happy with her current relationship and they are helping each other to stay healthy and recover from their past experiences.

In her latest post on social media, the reality star proudly shared one of her bonding moments with the love of her life. Mama June stated that she doesn’t wash her hair daily and admitted that it was one of the things that she hates to do. However, instead of going to the salon, Justin offered to wash her hair and even spent time purchasing some hair products at Walmart.

After reading her lengthy post, instead of celebrating their love, her followers voiced their minds regarding Mama June’s relationship with her children. One follower commented, “Focus on your kids and go to your local community college for a refresher.” An Instagram user wrote, “Get real! You’ve been an awful mom to Alana.” Another one chimed in, “As for hair washing, it is an easy task. I think you should be making posts about your awesome children!”

Earlier in 2022, Mama June has gone into family drama, especially when Pumpkin won the custody of her younger sister, Alana. Following their family issues, just before the year ended, the 43-year-old star shared about a rare quality time with her children. In one of her recent TikTok posts, she talked about how her whole year went and how happy she was for getting married to the man of her dreams.

Moreover, the reality star revealed that she was together with her children, celebrating Pumpkin’s birthday in advance. “I have grown to know who I am mentally and emotionally, and it has helped me with my relationship with my girls. We’re actually in Georgia now celebrating Pumpkin’s birthday because I won’t be in town on her birthday next week,” Mama June stated.
